At Izzah, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all purchases from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
If your jewelry arrives with a defect or develops a fault within one year of delivery, you’re eligible for a free return or replacement. We’ll cover all shipping costs related to approved warranty claims.
What’s Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear (including fading due to water, sweat, or perfume exposure)
• Accidental damage (e.g. dropping, pulling, etc.)
• Scratches that occur after delivery
If your order arrives with a scratch or visible flaw, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to have it reviewed under warranty.
Important Notes
• Warranty remains valid even if the item is gifted to someone else
• If the item has been altered (e.g. resized by a jeweler, repainted, etc.), the warranty becomes void
